Christian Ethics in the Already-Not Yet

Eschatology, when properly understood, is not simply an exercise in theological speculation but fuel for Christian living.

If believers are genuinely a “new creation” and part of the new heavens and earth (2 Cor. 5:17), then we possess the ability to overcome sin and temptation.

若有人在基督裡,他就是新造的人,舊事已過,都變成新的了。

Conversely, if a corporate antichrist is in our midst, then believers must devote themselves to the Bible to stave off false teaching and bear up under intense persecution.
